Business Continuity Support

Provided to bring back failed production systems to an operational state as quickly as possible. We will support systems that have been developed by you, by your partners or by ourselves. When a business continuity incident is called off Solidsoft will expend as much effort as is necessary to provide a resolution that meets the Service Level Agreements we have extended to you. Business Continuity Support is normally provided as a second or third line facility to support your Operations Department but can be first line if required.

Application Development Support

It covers any request where we can offer assistance; e.g. It could be that you have a particularly difficult development problem to solve, or something is not working as you expect, or your test environment is not consistent with your live environment. A list of areas of expertise will be provided for guidance but you may use an incident to request help in any area. Once we have confirmed that we can offer the requested help the incident will be used. Each incident used for application development & testing support is limited to eight hours; however, you can request that additional incidents be used if the time needs to be extended.

BizTalk Training for Operations

This unique course has been developed by EtImpera Consulting for Support Departments to teach operations personnel the fundamental skills needed to understand BizTalk Server solutions and to diagnose & deal with frequently occurring issues. These on-premise courses with hands-on labs and tutorials are taught by our own consultants who have years of real-world experience in supporting BizTalk systems and can be customised to the specifics of your implementation.

BizTalk Monitoring and Management

EtImpera Consulting can implement and configure Microsoft Systems Centre Operations Manager to monitor & proactively manage your BizTalk estate giving you peace of mind that any problems will be promptly identified. We can implement scripts to handle typical scenarios that can be manually or automatically triggered. This enables monitoring & management not only of the BizTalk Server in general but also your specific BizTalk applications.
